ECI came to us last year with a tremendous opportunity to overhaul their current web site and assemble a powerful online presence that matches the company's new vision. The project also entailed a complete navigational restructure, creating stronger call-to-action items, and building the site to be search engine friendly.

Something particularly unique about the ECI web site is the way the top level and sub level navigation has been coded, (note screen 2 above). The navigation is 99% CSS. Tricky? Yes. Trying to achieve top level graphical roll-overs paired with a vertical sub nav that does not drop down, but hovers to the right and successfully has all the components function correctly and line up on multiple browsers/platforms is not easy. What's the extra 1%? A small snippet of off-loaded javascript.
